Associate Member (ACICRM)

You qualify for CICRM Associate membership if you meet any one of the following criteria and have two CICRM member sponsors:
You are a Foreign Licensee.
You are a CRM applicant serving on public or private or chapter committee(s).
You are a non-CICRM professional working in consulting, legal, government, or banking services.

Full Member (MCICRM)

You qualify for CICRM Full membership if you’ve never been a licensed CRM, have a bachelor’s degree, and meet any one of the following criteria:
You are a professional employee at a Service firm.
You are anyone working under the direct supervision of a CRM or Service industry, government or education professional.
You are a Client Service Professional in industry, government or education, or legal, banking or financial consulting services.
You are a BPO, Call Agent or Call Centre professional.

Qualifications:
For Directors of companies, Senior Managers in Customer Care, Front Desk Management, Call Center Management, and other related fields with more than 15 years of experience.
Alternatively, an individual may be invited by the National Council and must have been a Full Member for at least 7 years.

Qualifications:
Must hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D., DBA, etc.) in Customer Relationship Management or a related field.
Must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the field of customer care, customer relationship management, or a related discipline.
Must have demonstrated significant contributions to the advancement of the profession through research, publications, or leadership.
