Associate Member (ACICRM)

This is for someone working in Customer Care, Call Centre
Management, Customer Relations, Customer Service, Front Desk Officer, Marketing, etc at
entry level from 3 -5 years of experience.

Induction Fees:

Physical Induction: ₦100,000
Online Induction: ₦90,000

Full Member (MCICRM)

Full Member: This is for an individual who is working in the field of Customer Care, Call
Centre Management, Customer Relations, Customer Service, Front Desk Officer, Marketing,
etc with 5 – 10 years of work experience.

Induction Fees:

Physical Induction: ₦160,000
Online Induction: ₦140,000

Fellow Member (FCICRM)

This is for Directors of companies, Senior Managers in Customer Care,
Call Centre Management, Customer Relations, Customer Service, Front Desk Officers,
Marketing etc with 15 years and above of work experience. Or Through invitation by the
Council and must have been a Full member for 5 years

Induction Fees:

Physical Induction: ₦200,000
Online Induction: ₦190,000

Doctoral Fellow Member (Dr. FCIHRM)

This is for Senior Executives, CEOs, Industry Leaders, or
Academics with a PhD (or equivalent terminal degree) who have made significant
contributions to Customer Care, Call Centre Management, Customer Relations, Customer
Service, Marketing, or related disciplines. It is also open to individuals with 20 years and
above of distinguished professional experience at executive/board level, or by special
invitation of the National Council.

Induction Fees:

Physical Induction: ₦250,000
Online Induction: ₦240,000
